PGT window parts

Question

Hi, looking at replacing PGT channel balances and top sash guides. I think I've found the balances (S395-30) with non-tilt 1/2" 30" metal channel length. Can you confirm from my pictures?

The top sash guides seem close but not exact. 18-015 looks the closest but with minor differences. There is a lip on the top left side that sticks down, and the top of mine measures the full 1" where the 18-015 measures 15/16". All other measurements are correct. Does it look close enough or? Hey Matt. Good eye. I agree, the balance looks like an S395-30. It looks like you'll want a stamp option of 2930. For the Top Sash Guide, we've had customers successfully use the 18-015 to replace the same one you're showing us, so I think it should work for you. Let me know if you have further questions.
