Hello,
The pieces you are showing are used to hold the sash from blowing in from a storm. It looks like you are missing the balance system. Do you have another window in the house that is the same size with intact balances that you could remove and show us? Thank you.

That picture was from another window,do you carry the plastic retainers pictured?
