Are you able to advise which balances are the appropriate option, as well as the sash guide, for a PGT SH400 single hung window?

We can, but we need more information than that. In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings. For the top sash guide, we need you to remove the original and show us a clear picture of the front and side; think of it like a mugshot.

Finally, I just wanted to stress that the hardware you show us must be whole and undamaged.
