Hello! Casey isn't here today, but I will do my best to assist you from here.
When she asked to see the top of the latch, I believe she meant she wanted to see the top part of the latch without the obstruction of the sash cap that covers it. There are some subtle details on that part of the latch that help us narrow down the list of potential replacements.
That said, I'm not sure if we have a good match for this corner latch based on what you've shown us so far. It is similar in design to our 26-110 and 26-111, but there are enough differences here that I don't think it's worth considering. The bad news is that this product is our closest available match, so that's a dead end.
I think instead of trying to find an exact fit, you should think about installing a surface-mounted tilt latch as an alternate conversion. This would just screw to the top of the window and work in more or less the same way, it just takes a little more handiwork. We even have a video guide to show you how it's done, which you can see below.
As for which surface-mount latch to use, you honestly have a ton of choices. It would depend on how much room you have at the top of your sash and how you want to align it. What I'll do is link you to our full section here. From there, you can review our dimensions and see which would be the best fit for your needs.
