Hello! Thanks for reaching out to us. We unfortunately don't carry a pivot shoe that matches what you show here, but we still may be able to help.
Before I suggest anything, can you show me a picture of the pivot bar that fits into this shoe? I want to be 100% sure that whatever I recommend to you will be compatible with the same type of bar.

I am unsure. This is for one of our customers. Uses a 30" spiral balance if that is of any use.

I'm afraid that information doesn't help at this stage. As mentioned above, we have to see the pivot bar in order to make sure that the product we recommend will be compatible. Otherwise there's a risk that you won't be able to reinstall the sash in the frame, even if the new pivot shoe fits in the track.
