Hello,

Your drawer gride reminds me of our 32-030, though yours doesn't appear to have the same backing for stabilization. That should be fine and you can always cut them off if they get in the way as long as the dimensions match up to yours. 

Unfortunately, the wheels were discontinued and are no longer available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
