We have Jordan windows that had been repaired before by previous homeowner, now we need to repair a few more windows.
I believe the parts are called the channel balance. The original parts have the markings "28 3 Caldwell HM" and "28 2 Caldwell IM" on them. I've read on previous posts on this website that these are not the reorder numbers, so I have included the pictures and the measurements.
The 28 3 Caldwell HM is for a 35 inch wide window. The measurements for the original channel balance is 29" long' 9/16 inches deep; 1/2 inch wide
The 28 2 Caldwell HM is for a 23 inch wide window. The measurements for the original channel balance is 29" long; 9/16 inch deep; 1/2 inches wide.
