Hi,
I want to replace the nylon plunger pin on my Integrity screens with a metal type. The measurement is 1 1/2" long. The shaft is 5/32" diameter near the head, 3/32" diameter at the narrow part of the shaft and steps up to 1/8" diameter where it inserts into window channel. what would be the best replacement pin?
Thanks,
John

Hey, John. Check out our 70-009 and let me know if you think these would be a good match.

Hi Tom,
It looks similar except for the 5/32" end instead of my 1/8" where it locks into the channel of the window frame. It is a very tight fit although with only 1/32' difference and it being metal, I might be able to force it without breaking it off. Could you tell me the diameter of the shaft part that goes through the screen from the cap to the 5/32" end? Mine is 3/32".
Thanks,
John

Sure, the pin diameter is 1/8".
