THE STICKER SAYS THESE ARE PLY GEM 700 SERIES. DATE ON STICKER IS 2002.
THE HARDWARE PICTURED IS NOT DAMAGED. WE ARE REPLACING OTHER HARDWARE THAT IS DAMAGED.

CAN YOU HELP ME IDENTIFY THE PART NUMBERS?

Hello,

We carry a few multi-point casement locks similar to the one shown in your photos, which we've related on this page. The determining factor would be how the dimensions shown on our product pages compare to yours, paying close attention to the projection of the fork. Thanks for posting.
