Will 38-209 fit PLYGEM MIRA Casement (Manufactured 3/21)?
And is there a LEFT and a RIGHT item number?

Hello again, Rick. I'm afraid the 38-209 records do not explicitly state whether or not it will fit in this particular window. These Truth parts have been known to work on many different Plygem windows, but our records do not get that specific, unfortunately. The only way to know for sure is to remove the original handle and escutcheon and compare their design to our products.
These do not come in Left or Right hand side parts, no. The 38-209 can work for either side interchangeably.
