PLease help me with this Truth window operator

Question

I can open the window with the crank but can't close it. The window was installed around 1995 (previous owners). Please help me to identify the part. Entry Guard Truth is written on the longer arm.

How about our 39-031 & 39-032? These look pretty close to your pictured hardware, but compare them and see if you agree.
