It looks like you need an awning window hinge, but I'm afraid I can't identify what you have based on just the number and this photo. Can you show me the rest of the hinge assembly? Seeing it removed would be ideal but otherwise we just need to see as much of it as you can manage, especially the base track that screws to the side walls of the frame.
