PORTAL door weatherstrip

We have a Portal double push bar glass door that has wool pile on the left door. The door is over 10 yrs old and the pile has worn due to lots of use! The weatherstrip is held in by screws thru the middle of the strip. The wool pile also appears to have a plastic layer inside of it. Here are the pictures. The door is 7ft high. I was guessing the 58-058 but wanted to ask your opinion before we ordered. Thank you.
