Looking for a replacement door handle for my PPG Herculite K sliding class door. The stamp on the door says 16CFR1201 CII ANSI Z97.1-1984 1/8U SGCC-1605 42 02

I'm afraid I don't recognize this hardware. Herculite K also only made the glass, they don't make doors themselves.
Can you show me a few more pictures of the handle set itself from the other side? Can you also tell me the distance between the installation hole centers?
