PPG Herculite K Sliding door roller

Need a replacement for my sliding glass door. I can't find any markings on the door. PPG Herculite K is on the glass. I would like to find a complete assembly or something that will work. The wheel is 1 1/2" diameter and is 5/16" wide. The housing is only 1/2" wide. Not sure how long the axle was, it is pretty worn out. Axle is 1/4" diameter.

Thanks for posting. It looks like your picture is just of the inside portion of the roller. There should be an outer housing still installed in your door. Could you check for me? I will need to see the entire roller in order to identify what you need.

Here is the entire roller. One measurement on my earlier pic was incorrect. The 2 1/4 on the left should be 1 1/4. Looks like I am going to need 81-004

I have the same part number PPG HERCULITE K for the wheel(s) for my patio door. Is that mean your part number 81-004 will by the same for my door?

I need a set of 2?

Hello, Benoit. I'm afraid that doesn't guarantee that the 81-004 roller works for you. PPG Herculite only made the glass in your door, so that number actually doesn't have any relation to the door itself or what hardware it uses.

The only way to know if the 81-004 will work for you is to remove the original roller and compare their design and dimensions.
