IM LOOKING FOR REPLACEMENT KIT, WAS LOOKING AT THE 40-049 WILL IT WORK FOR ME? I ALSO HAVE A PAPAIZ# 323 I NEED TO REPLACE WHAT KIT WOULD I NEED FOR IT ALSO?

I do think that the 40-049 should work on your PAPAIZ handle set. As for the one in your photos I also think your only choice would be the 40-049. I could not find any other handle that matched up to your dimensions.
