This is one of two parts on each window which enable the window to be easily removed from the frame. I haeva byuildinf full of these windows, about 17 years ld and these parts are failing. Other parts and the units are fine.

Thanks for posting. I think we can help. Can you tell me the distance between the two screw holes, center-to-center?

2 1/8 inches

Thank you. We have two different pairs that line up with that measurement: our 26-120 and 26-121, and our 26-228 and 26-229. Carefully look over the information we have for these latches and let me know if you could get either to work.
