Pacesetter patio door handle is breaking

I bought pacesetter patio sliding door back 2001  but now the handle is breaking.  I would like a new one for replacement

Take a look and compare the dimensions of our 82-003 handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing to yours, which can be adapted for keyed entry using the 82-306 exterior pull. Thank you!
