Have 2 Pacific Window Corp sashe windows with broken sashe cams. Trying to find the proper replacement part. Measurements without the end lip are roughly 1 1/2"L x 3/4"W x 1/2"D. Including the "lip" at the end its 1 1/2"L x 1 1/16"W x 9/16"D. The sashe channel balance is stamped 26-4 EB5 CMC 1208. The sashe balance seems to be ok but it does not "catch" with the cam so it does not counterbalance the weight of the window. Cam screws into sides of moving window panel which is roughly 29 1/2"H x 33"W x 1 1/2"D.
Any help identifying the right parts to buy, would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Roberto,
Thanks for reaching out! We do not have a direct replacement but I believe you may be able to use the 18-156 5/8" Top Sash Guide to replace your existing top sash guide. To confirm, carefully double check the dimensions and compare them.
If you find that you do need to replace the balances, I will need to see them removed from the window. You'll need to provide photos of the top and bottom attachments on the balance.
