We only received one picture. Can you send us a couple more pictures? It is hard to figure out which roller you need from this one angle.

Do you know the brand name or model of the sliding door this roller came from?

I ordered the 81-138 this morning so I hope I have the right one.

What brand door do you have?

If the dimensions of the 81-138 match up to the measurements of your original roller than you will be fine. Also take a look at the 81-030, another similar style roller that looks like your original roller.

It did so I hope it works.. There is know name on the door that is what's making it hard to find the rollers for it.
