Pado 40-49 ? Closest match

Question

I need the plastic gasket type of I sert that fits between the door handle and the door.  There are two (one on each side of the door).  One of mine has crumbled, so, I can't make the door knob assembly stay together.  Thanks for any help, parts, or advice.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm afraid we aren't able to provide this plastic piece by itself. The only thing we can recommend is a complete new handle set like our 40-049 (assuming all the dimensions match up). Sorry we can't offer an easier solution.
