Pairing spiral balance with pivot shoe

Question

The spiral balance the came out of the window has a red end and the tube measures 29" long. I cannot determine the diameter of the tube because it's not perfect circle (see photo). Measureing the cross section is either 15/32" or 18/32" OD. I see on-line the Series 900 spiral balance for tilt-in windows, product Code: S900-29 but it says metal tube measures 3/8" in diameter. Can you identify a spiral balacnce for this tlit out window?
Photos of pivot shoes are attahed. Please identify the pivot to use with this type of spiral balance?

Hello,

These spiral balances are not offered with the diameter measurements you provided but your measurement is most likely a bit off since the tube looks a bit compressed, which can happen over time. We offer either the 3/8" diameter S900 balance you found or the larger 5/8" diameter S600 spiral balances. I'd suggest checking a balance from another window to see if you can get a more accurate measurement.

As for the pivot shoe, we should be able to help, but we would need to see an intact shoe fully removed from the window and have you write out the exact width and thickness to compare to our inventory.
