Pan Am window repair parts needed

A home owner from North Fort Myers, FL says:

Like me, the aging joints on my Pan Am window require repair or replacement. I don't know the names, but I've attached photos with measurements. Pictured is the attachment on the left side (from outside looking in.) The right side is also broken, but the entire nylon piece is missing, Thanks for any help!
