I don't believe either your seal or latch are made anymore. That said, we may be able to help with both anyway. 

Concerning the seal, see our 58-135. Carefully compare the dimensions we show on its store page to your sample to confirm that they line up.

As for the latch, this photo isn't enough for me to make a suggestion. I'll need you to remove an undamaged version of it from the window and show me a picture of it by itself. I have to stress that it must be undamaged; if any bits of it are missing or broken off, we won't be able to help. We will also need detailed dimensions, including thickness and height.
