Thanks for reaching out. I believe you may be able to use the Series 210 Coil Balance to repair your window. Although, you'll need to remove your assembly from the window and compare the dimensions to confirm this is the right fit for your window. If the dimensions are a match, you'll need the S210-10.

You'll also need to replace the pivot bar as the one in your photo would not be compatible with this coil assembly. This shoe is compatible with either the 26-398 Round End Pivot Bar or 26-405 Rounded Even Pivot Bar. Their dimensions can be found directly on the website.
