Paradigm 8561 series casement window egress hinge

Question

I have a 3rd floor Paradigm Casement window that failed secondary egress width required for fire inspection
Need to replace with egress hinges but having difficulty finding replacement parts
It is an 8561 series but the tenant is unable to find a serial number
Hoping you may have a solution!
