Paradigm Casement Window

Question

Hi, I just replaced a Paradigm 24" casement sash. The hardware they sent is different than the existing and wont work. I can use the existing operating mechinism but need the additional arm on both the top and bottom of the window. The one they sent had the male pin on the arm and not the plate. I need them to be female so i can use the existing plates.

Your operators resemble the 39-220B and 39-221B shown below.

With that being said, it sounds like you may be referring to the hinges that attach the top and bottom of the sash to the window sill. We should be able to help, but we'll need to know the length of the hinge base attached to the window sill to narrow down your options. Thank you!
