Hello, Joe. I'm not immediately familiar with the Paradigm brand, but the design of this lock looks pretty basic. One of ours should work just fine.
Before I make a recommendation, can you measure the distance between the two screw holes, center-to-center, and tell me what you get? That's the most important dimension and will allow me to pick out the best match from our inventory.
