We don't sell a hinge kit with a 13" sill track, but we do sell 14". See our 36-004-14. I actually don't believe the 13" is made anymore, but I've personally used the 14" to replace it with no issues. It seems to work the same. Just make sure you replace both the top and bottom hinges at the same time to ensure a symmetrical operation; you don't want to mix different sizes. Also keep in mind that drilling a few new holes may be necessary. You'll have to see what aligns during installation.
