Paramount window balancers
Thanks for posting! I believe your Paramount sweep lock can be replaced with our 90-063B Acorn Window Sash Lock. To confirm if this will be the right replacement for your repairs you'll need to remove the lock and carefully compare the dimensions. You'll especially want to confirm the height of the post on your lock.
If they are not a match, I'll need to know your exact dimensions written out.
Regarding the window balances. There may be a chance we can supply you with a replacement for them. To confirm this, I will need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. I'll need to see any attachments on the top and/or bottom of the balance as well as any compatible hardware that might be installed in the window channel. I'll also need to know any stamps/markings on the metal channel.
