Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't ID what you may have from these photos. Can you remove the lock from the window and show us some photos? Seeing the fork or whatever part engages with the keeper should allow us to narrow down some options.

Thank you for the additional photos! I'm afraid we don't sell that washer but your casement lock resembles the 38-091 and 38-092. If you need the operator, I recommend taking a look at the 39-220B and 39-376 handle with cover. As for the tie bar, take a look at the 38-901, 38-905, and 38-907. Carefully review the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with your old hardware.

The difference between these two parts is the handing. The 38-091 is considered the left hand version and the 38-092 is the right hand version.
