I did find the right size on your patio door replacement. I'm just not sure about the Clamp key lock for the door .

Thanks for reaching out to us. Is the installation hole center spacing for this handle 3"? If so, I recommend you have a look at the 82-060. Review the specifications and see if they match up with your old hardware.

Unfortunately, we do not sell a compatible keyed exterior lock for this handle set. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
