Park model closet bypass mirrored door

This looks to be a top closet door guide, but I'm afraid I can't determine what you have from this photo. The angle is just a bit too awkward for me to make out the important details.

Would it be at all possible for you to remove it from the door and show me a photo of it by itself? That would be a huge help. I specifically need to see how it goes in the track. I know removing it is probably more work than you had in mind before you had a replacement on hand but I don't think we'll be able to ID this otherwise.
