Part #10-071

A home owner from Islip Terrace, NY says:
Hello,
I just purchased (6) 10-071 (6) 10-072 and (6) 10-073
I had a shower repair person to my house to replace all
because (1) of the rollers broke- he came in changed all rollers but did not change any of the other pieces. Before he left the left slider did not roll properly he was to no help!! I had a contractor come in the next day and he did and adjustment on (1) of the screws it seemed to work perfectly for a few days
it is now getting hung up again. and suggestions??

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
I'm not sure, but the screw threads in the 10-073 could have been stripped during the first installation of the rollers. That could be why it goes out of adjustment after you reinstalled it.
