I'm trying to replace this part. I purchase part number 39-278 And it doesn't work. The window locks about 1 inch from closing all the way. What is the correct part number that I should've purchased? Can I return the parts I already purchased? Do you also sell the round clips?

Hello!

I can't make out the holes for the top tab. If it's a double hole, please see our 39-057 and 39-058. Carefully review the dimensions and compare them to your current operator to see if this matches up for what you need.

As for the round clip you mention, could our 33-206 be what you need? Look it over and see what you think.
