Hello, Please confirm receipt and product ID with link to description for ordering replacement operating arms. Are there separate part # for Left handed and Right handed operators? Please email me so I can confirm what is needed to order.

Are these covered under warranty? I am the original owner of the condominium which these were installed by the developer.

Hello,

Take a look at the 39-090 Window Dyad Crank and compare the dimensions and arm orientation to yours. For the opposite side, see the 39-089. Both of these operators use the 39-114L handle.

You would need to contact the window manufacturer directly to determine if your windows have any kind of warranty on the hardware. Thanks for posting!
