Looking for a replacement or something similar with same spacing so we don't have to drill new holes.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The handle in your photos was discontinued and is no longer available so I'm afraid we won't have an exact match. Our 82-030 with 3-15/16" hole center spacing is our best option, though we can't promise it will work. Drilling new holes will also be necessary, unfortunately. Take a look and see what you think. I apologize that we can't offer a better alternative.
