Thanks for the photo , bracket dimensions are correct but my plastic mounting for top guide assembly does not have two arms as you can see them from the photos i sent you

It looks like the top of your nylon mounting guide has broken off, which is why they need to be replaced. If you have another door in the house that uses the same hardware, it would help to compare an undamaged version of your part to the 23-038.
