Hello
I received order number 2125720 for parts 39-187 and 39 105 I have replaced these parts on another window in previous years and still is working well .
this one i replaced and the retainer clip keep slipping off even after i lock in place i crank window in a few times and it slips and i have to do it again just does not seem to stay clipped so used the extra clip i ordered and it did the same thing . Is there a smaller clip or something I can use to keep if locked on to the window ? I have gone under the window outside and can see the clip is locked into place but still works its way off the peg any suggestions would be helpful
