Stop for channel balance

Hello,

I can't be sure but it sounds like a top sash guide that holds the channel balance in place below the sash may be damaged, causing the balance to shoot upward. If so, we should be able to help but we would need to see photos of an undamaged guide uninstalled to compare to our inventory.
