Part # 82-087

Hello-
Can you please tell me what type of mortise lock that will work for this handle set? The measurement on our existing door for the screw holes are about 4". Please advise.

The 82-087 is compatible with a bunch of different mortise locks, but I'm not sure what you need. I'm not familiar with the cutout in your door.

I can at least give you a few examples. The 82-087 is designed to work with the 82-218, 82-226, 82-227, and 82-229. I can't guarantee that any of these will work for your door, though. You'll need to carefully go over the dimensions for each part to determine which, if any, will fit.
