Part Help for milgard non tilt window

Question

This is a Milgard non tilt window that has a 27" balancer (26-5). There is a plastic piece that connects to the window that is broken and in photo. This part of the window is the window that slides up and down to open and close. A number printed on the bottom on the window is 1116772.004. Hope this is enough info. Thanks!
