Part I bought from you was wider and wrong

Thanks for contacting us. I'm confident we can help, but I'm going to need more information first. You said you bought a part from us but it looks like you bought a couple different things. Based on your photo, I'm assuming you're referring to the 15-015 pivot shoe that you purchased?

If so, can you tell me exactly how it differs? If ours is too wide then I'll need to know exactly how wide yours is. I'll also need you to remove it from the window and show me a photo of it by itself. Please be as precise as possible in your measurements.

Once we have that information, I'm very confident we can get you the right part.
