Thank you for reaching out to us. Is the diameter of the outer tube 3/8"? If so, we recommend the Series 900. Note that the length is determined by measuring only the outer tube.

As for the pivot shoe and pivot bar, take a look at the 15-211 and 26-326. These are just educated guesses, so you'll have to remove the old hardware and compare the specifications to confirm they align.
