Hi there.

Need some assistance in referencing the correct replacement window balance. I have a Caldwell block and tackle balance, 1/2" wide channel, 13" length, 12-5, 1" deep foot, wings on both top and bottom fittings. I'm not certain which item in your catalog best fits this.

Hi, Steve.

With this combination of fittings and a 1" deep shoe, you'll need our S380-13. Your stamp doesn't match any of our standard options, however. Can you weigh your sash on a scale and tell us the weight? That will help us determine the appropriate spring strength for your balances.
