One thing to note is that the stamp on ours will read 1930, not 19-3, but it should be the same thing. For reference, the 1930 stamp is calibrated to hold sashes weighing 12 through 14 pounds. You might want to weigh your sash just to be 100% sure this is correct. Custom balances like this cannot be returned for a refund.
