Can you confirm the weight of the window sash that these balances support? The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. Looking at your pictures, the length of metal channel measures 21" correct?

Please confirm if the balance installs at the top with a screw in tab or a hook style.

We will need to see an undamaged T-lock shoe as the metal cam is missing. We need to know if the metal cam was an closed backing or open(see through) style. From there we can determine the best fit for your window. Thank you!

Please see the S795-21 channel balance with a 21D stamp option that can support a 18 to 22 lb window sash. Note that your original balance uses an open cam T-lock shoe. You will need to purchase the 15-195B open cam shoe additionally and swap out before installation with the stock shoe. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions!
