Window Balance 2040 BSI GL

Question

Hi, One of our window balances has broken (the line snapped) and I need to replace it. The only identifying mark I can find on the part is 2040 BSI GL (BIS is perpendicular to the 2040 and GL). I'm attaching pictures in the hope that someone can help me find the correct replacement part; I have two windows of the same size so I'll probably replace all four balances at the same time. Thanks for the help!

Hello again! See our S395-21 channel balance, this looks like it matches up to yours quite well. I'd also recommend the 2040 option, of course. See what you think.
