Part Identification Help: Replacement Balance for Milgard Series 5220

Hi there,

I need some help identifying the correct replacement channel balances for my bathroom window.

The broken cable came out of a Milgard Series 5220 single-hung window (MFR Code: MG-2). Here are the exact specifications and markings from the hardware:

Metal Channel Length: 15 inches

Metal Channel Width: 1/2 inch

Stamped Markings on the Balance: "24 2 HN CALDWELL"

Could you please let me know which series and option I need to order to replace this?

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-25, S385-25, or S378-25 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

In either case, you need the 2420 stamp option.
