Part Identification - Milgard Casement

Hi,

I ordered "39-253LB : Encore Dual Arm Operator, Sill Mount" to repair my Milgard casement window. I also need to replace the rusted pieces in the picture. Can you help me identify these parts?

Hi, Nancy.

Sure, it looks like you need a new hinge. Our 36-048 should work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. Compare the dimensions and see what you think.

Hi Emily,

Thank you for this info. The hinges on my window are 13" long. Will this be an issue to replace with 10"? Or do you have 13" hinges?

Thanks for bringing that up! We don't have a hinge with a 13" base but many customers have been able to use our 36-004-14 instead. The only catch is you'll need to replace the top and bottom at the same time as we discussed earlier.
